Nanny Training and Resources

As part of our effort to provide Michigan nannies with ongoing training and educational opportunities we offer these resources for nannies (and even parents) to expand their skills and knowledge base. Many of these are community based organizations whose primary goal is to educate parents and/or childcare providers. This is in no way a comprehensive list of all opportunities. If you know of a resource in your area of Michigan that provides training/education in child related areas, please email us so that we may review it and add it to our list.

We encourage nannies to seek out educational opportunities from a wide variety of resources including, but not limited to: community colleges, parenting groups/organizations, awareness groups, community organizations, online/distance learning programs, school districts, hospitals, and each other. We also encourage nannies to keep current on new information and research through their own reading and study of magazines, journals, and books.
